It does not matter whether you make payment before or after completing and sending the form below. Its purpose is to enable us to register you as a subscriber and prepare the personalised codes for activating the software you have already downloaded. As described in the ‘Share the Success’ page, these codes together with details of the TOP TEN shares will be e-mailed to you within office hours shortly after we receive the payment.
