Terms & Conditions Software User Licence Agreement H C Hiskett grants you a non-exclusive copyright licence to use the Share Pyx software programme so long as your fee payments are not in arrears. When you open this software, you will be bound by the terms of this agreement. You will not copy, modify, rent, sell or transfer the software or any portion thereof except as provided in this agreement. 1. You may only use the software on a single computer. 3. You cannot sublicense the software. 4. You cannot reverse, dissect or reconstruct the software. Share Pyx is a ‘Pay As You Use’ system. To protect the interests of licence holders and prevent unauthorised use, the software deactivates the programme after a predetermined period. The length of the period is set by digital interlocking of the name of the licence holder, the licence number and two code numbers that appear at the top of the spreadsheet. Disclaimer: The Share Pyx concept and methodology was developed and implemented by Herbert Charles Hiskett. While all possible care was taken concerning the programme itself, the solutions, valuations and merit rankings thereby generated are dependent on the accuracy of the data input, for which the user is entirely responsible. We are licensing it on a pay-as-you-use basis and users are free to stop payment if they are not satisfied.
